I started smoking from the year 1967 and it’s a very long time and to give up at this stage was going to be the most difficult task in my whole entire life. I had to do it otherwise I would end up with a mouth cancer or etc.
I’m on my 4th day of stopping smoking and I’m doing cold turkey. I’m 41 years old and I’m on HRT hormone replacement therapy. My Peer Sahib advised me to stop smoking because I could end up having a heart attack or a stroke. That really scared me. So I’m taking each day slowly. So far my breath and clothes don’t smell and I’m saving money. I thank Peer Sahib for coming in my life and helping me out of this habit. I can’t thank him enough!!
